Cold waxes are strips with wax on them that are ready to use at room temperature. Veet® strips have a soft and supple, fleecy backing paper which adapts perfectly to your body's contours making total hair removal easier.
Warm waxes are heated up to body temperature before being applied and the warmth softens the skin, making removal of hair from the root easier.

Waxing is not suitable for skin that has spots, cuts, varicose veins, moles, beauty spot, broken or irritated skin or sensitive membrane areas. Always read the precautions and instruction leaflet before use.

Cold Wax Strips can be warmed up by rubbing between your hands for 30 seconds before smoothing onto the skin in the direction of hair growth.
When removing, it is important to hold the skin taut with your other hand before removing the strip in a quick, decisive movement against the direction of hair growth. Failure to hold the skin taut can result in bruising and soreness.
For Warm Waxes, the key is to achieve the right consistency of wax so that it spreads on easily. The best consistency is achieved when the wax is at body temperature. Always test a small amount of wax on the back of your wrist to check that it is not too hot before applying to your body.
After heating, roll the wax in a thin layer in the direction of hair growth. Lay the cotton strip (provided in the pack) over the wax and smooth in the direction of the hair. Holding the skin taut with one hand, remove the strip quickly in one action against the direction of hair growth keeping as close to the skin as possible.

Fabric strips are reusable - once a layer of wax has been removed with a strip, this strip can be used up to 3 times without applying another layer of wax. Continue to use until the wax loses its stickiness. Two used strips can be struck together to create a new strip for use. Fabric strips are also washable.
